They’re Baaaack

Jen and Laura got home from their 2-week excursion to Puerto Rico at three a.m. this morning looking very . . . Puerto Rican. Very tan. It’s great to have them home again, safe and sound. They have loads of stories to tell, experiences to share, pictures to show. In addition to why they went there (work projects and VBS at the Evangelical School for the Deaf) they did some fun island things like visit the rain forest, snorkeling, shopping in old San Juan, a pig roast, and try lots of Puerto Rican food. They also learned some Spanish and sign language. A great trip all around.

Boy, it’s great to have them home, though.

As for my next novel, Scream, the final substantive edits are underway and I will send the final manuscript off to the senior editor this week. It will then undergo a thorough copy edit.
