Going Full Throttle

Hey, just wanted to drop a quick post and let everyone know I’m still here and nothing bad has happened. I know in the past when I’ve not posted for a while some of the regular visitors to this blog get nervous thinking something crept up with the cancer or I’m back in the hospital with a rubber hose up my nose.

I’m fine, just working very, very hard to get this next book done, to get going full throttle on the marketing and promoting for Darlington Woods, to get papers read for my students. And then there’s life on top of all that.

Unfortunately, when things get hectic this blog suffers. I wish it didn’t have to be that way, really I don’t, because I enjoy keeping this up to date and posting regularly but there’s only so much time in a day and sleep is important to. My body likes sleep.

Once things settle down again I’ll get back to posting.

On a side note. I’m sitting in my car writing this and in between sentences watching a squirrel dig for a nut. Pretty determined little guy, too. He’s headfirst in the hole he’s digging, up to his shoulders. But he found it. Kind of reminds me of how we should be digging in God’s Word, head first up to our shoulders, determined as all get out to find that treasure that awaits.

  2. And I’d rather be pounding away at my keyboard than wrestling that rubber snake.
